Di awal tahun, seperti biasa saya harus menyusun proposal tahunan untuk klien. Salah satu bagian dari proposal tahunan adalah membahas target market atau khalayak sasaran. Apakah ada perubahan yang terjadi di antara mereka? Apakah ada sebuah situasi yang bisa menjadi insight untuk brand dalam berkomunikasi. Seperti yang kita tahu, saat ini Gen-Z (dan Gen-Y tentunya) menjadi sasaran utama dari setiap program pemasaran. Salah satu cara yang saya biasa lakukan adalah membaca White Papers dari berbagai lembaga riset yang biasanya didistribusikan secara bebas sebagai materi pemasaran perusahaan dan knowledge sharing. Ketika saya membaca semua report di awal tahun 2024, hampir semua laporan memberikan nuansa yang selaras. Bahwa semua orang di dunia, khususnya anak muda, akan merasa lelah dengan krisis yang bertubi-tubi (Crisis Fatigue) dan akhirnya menunda banyak keputusan-keputusan besar.

Everyone has definitely gone through the ups and downs of life. I'm sure the 2019 pandemic has provided many lessons for all of us as humans. For me personally, the pandemic has really changed my life. Things I consistently do like taking care of myself by exercising and dedicating my energy and thoughts to many projects, which are not focused on most of the time and sometimes ignore my presence in the family, and (sadly think to) replace it with money as a tool to entertain the people closest to me, now has gone.  The pandemic hit hard on me and has forced me to survive every day and form a whole new consistency in everything I do. 

Kota Jakarta (JKT) masih banyak PR-nya.  Kalimat di atas jangan dimaknai sebagai preferensi politik. Tidak semua pernyataan bermuatan politik. Saya mungkin salah satu warga JKT yang sudah mengaku KALAH dengan kemacetan. Salut buat teman2 yang bisa berlama-lamaan di dalam mobil mengantri di kemacetan JKT. Jam 10-11 masih stuck di jalanan dengan AC di dalam mobil. Meskipun kadang saya suka bertanya-tanya, kerja apa klean ni? jam udah siang begini belum sampai kantor.  👻😆
